The Vanquisher Witch
Who is Fujimine?
Fujimine is an arc villain in the manga Ichi the Witch. She debuts in chapter 79, during the Magikeepers Arc. More importantly, Fujimine is the love of my life.
A sharp, playfully destructive witch with a kill count of over a thousand people, Fujimine is one of the Magikeepers' top bounties. In contrast with her remorseless criminal record, she is quite affable and somewhat affectionate.
Fujimine is working with the World-Hater Majik for an unknown goal. She's unafraid of World-Hater Majik's power and authority, teasing him without second thought. Even so, she's happy to follow his lead and target his targets.
I think Fujimine is very cute and interesting. I became obsessed with her the moment I saw her. She initially seemed similar to one of my favorite OCs, because they're both very charming and cheerful antagonists. However, I think Fujimine has a sort of elegance that my OC does not have, and I personally am a big fan of Fujimine's wardrobe (jirai kei my beloved).

Who is Shitsuren?
Classified as the Bleeding Heart Majik, Shitsuren is an easygoing, charismatic vagabond who loves to meet new people. More importantly, Shitsuren is my ITW sona/OC (I kinda go between the two).
Shitsuren hasn't been alive for very long, but she's already convinced that she is incapable of death. No matter how torn up her body is, or how potently she is poisoned, she will completely recover in mere seconds—without fail and without consequence. This has caused her to treat her life and wellbeing with little regard, and she will often dive headfirst into dangerous situations or treat threats with a flippant curiosity. The peril that being near Fujimine brings is thrilling and fresh.
Though she's not a human-hater, Shitsuren has no interest in aligning herself with the Mantinel Witches' Association, but she isn't afraid to state that some of its members are very cute. As a majik, Shitsuren presents a trial for witches to complete: "A true love's kiss will do!". Although it seems simple, Shitsuren is careful to break things off with the witches she has flings with before it's too late. She does not want to be acquired, and she's very confident that this trial is impossible to complete.
Shitsuren's ability is desired by most witches seeking to quickly gain power. When someone nearby lowers their guard, Shitsuren can gradually absorb their strength and use it as her own. It's assumed that part of the reason she engages in so many flings and relationships is to make use of this ability.
Fujimine and Shitsuren are probably not in a committed relationship. Neither can accept their feelings for the other in fear of the consequences that may follow. That being said, they can't stop being around each other, in a will-they-won't-they game of trying to "catch" the other in a moment of vulnerability. They hopelessly gravitate around each other but are doomed to self-sabotage any and all opportunity for intimacy and true companionship.
Shitsuren is hopelessly infatuated with Fujimine and simply does not care that the Vanquisher Witch is a mass murderer and notorious criminal. She's not sure why she keeps pursuing her, but part of her is convinced that she'll find out eventually, given she spends enough time with her.
Fujimine sees Shitsuren as valuable and worth caring about, though this is ostensibly because she wants to acquire her power. Even so, Shitsuren is touched by the feeling of being worthy of Fujimine's attention and affections. However, she is ever-careful to deny Fujimine (and herself) that "true love's kiss."
As I've made clear, I'm smitten with Fujimine, and Shitsuren's character is how I express and explore that. Here's a quick bullet point blast on that.

Ship name: FujiRen, or ButterflyKiss / CHOCHU (蝶ちゅ)
- Shitsuren is "Fujimine's Butterfly." Fujimine often calls her "Shicchan" as an affectionate nickname, which makes Shitsuren melt into a little dragon puddle.
- I have to imagine some other weirdo is yumeshipping with Fujimine. You're cool, IDC about "doubles."
- Most of the story between these two is vague because Fujimine is still a pretty new character. Once I get a feeling for what Nishi is going to do with her, I'll write out more of their dynamic/timeline
